TEFLON® Coatings for Industrial Applications

TEFLON® coatings are used extensively in industrial applications because of their many desirably properties; non-stick, low friction, non-wetting, heat-resistance, electrical insulation, cryogenic stability, and chemical resistance. TEFLON® coatings are chemically inert and solvent resistant to virtually all chemicals except molten alkali metals, fluorine at elevated temperatures, and certain complex halogenated compounds at elevated temperatures and pressures.
